Professional Volleyball Player
Spent three years in Europe pursuing my lifelong dream of playing professional volleyball abroad. Played in England, Denmark, and Germany, traveling the world forming lifelong friendships and cultivating professionalism and self-discipline in the cutthroat arena of professional sport.
As a setter (the "quarterback" of volleyball) in a foreign country, I learned to develop robust communication skills that transcended diverse backgrounds and cultural differences. Learned to be highly adaptable technically, tactically, and emotionally in order to bring out the best in each individual. Enjoyed great success while experiencing firsthand what high-performance, winning cultures look like.
